I reverse-engineered key vehicle braking components, analyzing materials, manufacturing processes, and creating production drawings. I also proposed design improvements, enhancing my skills in material analysis and technical drawing.

Technical Aspect

This project focused on reverse-engineering key components of a vehicle's braking system, including the brake caliper, piston, brake pads, brake disc, and related seals. The process involved material identification, analysis of manufacturing methods, precise hand sketches, dimensional analysis, and creating detailed production drawings, followed by proposing design improvements for enhanced performance.

My Contribution

I specifically contributed to the analysis and improvement of the brake pad. My work involved identifying the materials used, evaluating the manufacturing processes, and proposing modifications to enhance the pad's durability and braking efficiency.
